Rose is a self-taught intuitive painter, inspired by styles of neo-expressionism and abstract expressionism, as well as other renowned intuitive painters. Recently she has begun bellycasting art, loving the female form and the fabrics of motherhood. Her process seeks to transcend the mental chatter and monotony in the physical world and connect with body and spirit through an unplanned and organic process of paint to canvas. Her studio is located in Grass Valley at ASiF studios. She also teaches intuitive painting periodically.
